Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

Personalization

Embossed or personalized pieces are made to order once payment is confirmed and cannot be canceled or returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Gift Cards

Gift card codes are single-use and non-refundable once issued. Lost or stolen codes cannot be reissued.

Limitation of Liability

NOLA AURA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NOLA AURA is legally established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
